Am I the only one strictly into Rap?

ive been off and on like that all my life...like i could take rap at some points...but ive found that theres just something about it, that after a while, i need to put on like, some Gap Band and get my fuckin groove on. is that gay? it doesnt involve a mirror or a brush or anything.

For about the last 2 months Coheed & Cambria "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth:3" has been in my laptop, I fucking love this album. If anyone wants to check em out peep "Blood Red Summer", "The Crowing", "The Velourium Camper II: Backend of Forever" << my fav song right now, "The Velourium Camper III: Al the Killer" "A Favor House Atlantic" I wanna get their older shit cuz I guess all their albums add up to one big story.

And other albums Ive been listening to lately are Talking Heads greatest Hits, Chevelle "This Type of thinking Can Do us In", a cd-r of old Misfits/ Danzig, Rage's Self Titled album, NOFX "The War on Errorism"

Does anybody listen to Taking Back Sunday? I like that new single they got out "This Photograph..." At first I didnt like them cuz I thought they sounded like a Brand New knockoff but the songs' grown on me

The Coheed & Cambria story is some way out there kind of shit. intergalactic & star wars kind of ish.

If you like Taking Back Sunday, check out the following Thursday, (check the first page of this thread) Hawthorne Heights, Funeral For A Friend, Glory Of This, Thrice, & perhaps even The Hurt Process.

Ya I was trying to figure the story out but on Silent Earth it jumps all over the place. Thru the 1st 4 songs it seems like its about a soldier and then blood red summer comes on and that threw me off cuz its not like the first 4. Then it seems like its about a stalker or someone trying to kill a girl.

Im gonna check out all those songs at my homies house tomorow, Ill let you know what I think
