Second, AGAIN, how do those relate to the healthcare system? If you wait 4 months to get a letter, you won't die. If you wait 4 months for treatment in a health care facility, you could die. None of those examples are even in the same boat as health care. You can go to whatever public school you want (as long as you live in the district). You can deal with whatever post office you want, you can join any branch of the military (IF YOU WANT).

Socialist countries do shit like, take money and redistribute it evenly (kinda like Obama wants to do). Socialist countries have the same health care for EVERYBODY (kind of like Obama wants). Socialist countries take away freedom of choice (kind of like what will happen with socialized health care).

I suppose Obama's plan for a civilian military is normal too, right? Sounds kind of Hitler-ish to me...but what do I know? I only study history. If there's one thing I've learned, it's that history repeats itself in different forms. Socialism never worked, which is why socialist countries changed. Socialism is a lot deeper than schools, DMV, post office, and military. Obviously you need to study up and understand what socialism really is...then argue with me.

Tell me something, if you owned a company and you had to offer Kaiser, and then this government plan at a cheaper price...what do you think your employees would pick? The healthcare plan is not for the poor or the rich. Each of these groups either can pay for their medical care OR can get assistance to pay for their medical care. The working class and middle class are the ones suffering from the current system. I have full benefits and I have to get referred to see a specialist. i can't just go. My plan does not cover my household though. That cost me an additional $2,500 a year. That is considered a good deal. What do we do with the millions of WORKING PEOPLE who do not have coverage? It is too expensive. Many of their children do not have insurance because they make too much for Healthy Families (In California) but not enough to afford the monthly bill. When a person goes to the emergency room they cannot turn them away BUT they bill them. People have thousands of dollars on their credit that they cannot pay back because they needed emergency services. When did all of this CHOICE come from in selecting specialist etc? Everyone deserves health care.

They go up, they go down, but they correct themselves over time. If you want to correct it, give the people more tax money back so they can spend and stimulate the economy.
