Good luck trying to run on the 9er defense.

Quoting one of the guys from the Chiefs forum:

"Sean Payton showed that screens are very effective against SF. This will also be an advantage for us."

Where did he get this notion from?

a couple big plays will shut up the queefs stadium
when you got a quarterback who blows making his first appearance in the most hostile place in the NFL with a 2-0 home team...not even mentioning those 2 rookie offensive lineman ya'll got who will witness it for themselves aswell...thats not a very good situation on the 49ers part and ya'll know it.

those big plays won't be happening on the offensive side of the ball thats for sure....quite possibly with the defensive side though. that i won't deny because of our poor QB play sofar. Other than that, ya'll better hope Smith is ready for the atmosphere that is Arrowhead Stadium!

I'm saying, people that study football and get paid everyday to analyze it are picking the 9ers, there is still a game to played as I stated in my previous post, no game is a given in the NFL
That still doesn't matter. Maybe it would if they all had perfact records, but alot of them are off by a long shot. The one with the best record is Mortensen with 11-5 record and he chose the Chiefs in this matchup.

I have a better overall record picking games so far than all those guys, except Schlereth... we have the same record

Yeah last week he had the best record, but overall there is 1 or 2 above him I think... Either way, it's NFL, any given sunday

The Chiefs are scared to throw the ball and take shots down the field, they're going to lose.
I wouldn't say we're scared, our wideouts can't seem to get separation very often and when they do Mr. Cassell either doesn't see them or he does see them and he just flat out misses them with inaccurate passes. He has the ability to be a quality (not great) QB in this league IMO only if he can get out of his own head. There is just something missing with him and I can't put my finger on it exactly.
