I voted chiefs even though i think 49ers could easily pull it out. Just being realistic.

It all depends on Alex Smith really. I think with our crowd offense is gonna be hard to come by for the niners and our special teams should bounce back this weekend.

Should be a close game wont be surprised with any outcome.

the Niners are pretty difficult to run on, and the Chiefs have not proven they can get it done in the passing the game

Cassell is gonna have to step his game up if the Chiefs wanna win this game

the other way the Chiefs will win is if the Niners beat themselves again by making mistakes in the red zone, and that is possible in that stadium with that crowd

I think it will be a somewhat close game, with the Niners pulling off the victory in the end

We will stop the run so all the pressure is on cassel, Smith will get it done, he wasn't to blame for all the turn overs against the saints. I'm confident that same energy against the Saints will cause problems for the Chiefs.

Biggest danger is from special teams.

Confident of the niners to win by 14 points.

WE DEFINITLY AND SHOULD SHUT DOWN ANY TEAMS RUN OFFENSE, NINERS JUST NEED TO GET ENOUGH OF A PASS RUSH TO KEEP TEAMS FROM SHREDDING THEM WITH ALL THESE 5 6 7 8 YARD PASSES, HOPEFULLY THE NINERS CAN GET THE RUNNING GAME GOING AGAIN, BUT I THINK THIS GAME WILL COME DOWN TO SPECIAL TEAMS AND THE CHIEFS HAVE SOME GOOD RETURNERS

i think the 9ers will win the game, if they dont it will be because of a big play from McCluster whether on a reverse, screen, or special teams...

I'm gonna be a 49er fan for 3 days this year, when y'all play our rivals....this game all depends on the 9ers passing game and how they let the crowd affect them, plus how their special people play.....cassell ain't a factor and 9ers got good run d

Chiefs all the way....

While I believe the niners are a much improved team, they won't be able to handle the crowd noise and our much improved D. Look what we did to a seasoned San Diego team....

Vernon Davis is guaranteeing victory

http://chiefsblog.kansascity.com/?q=node/1451

San Francisco's Vernon Davis all but guarantees win against Chiefs
Vernon Davis, the 49ers' terrific young tight end, spoke to Kansas City reporters today and didn't lack for confidence -- all but guaranteeing a victory Sunday against the Chiefs.

"We have to win this one. We will win this one," Davis said. "I’m pretty confident that we will pull this one out."

Asked to clarify whether he was guaranteeing a win at Arrowhead Stadium, Davis said:

"We will win this game. We have the team to do it. We’ve just got to get rid of all the mistakes. Without the mistakes, there’s no telling where we can go. There’s no limit."

As often happens, word spread quickly through the Chiefs' locker room. Defensive lineman Shaun Smith, who's probably the team's biggest trash talker, pulled his punches, saying he wasn't intimidated by Davis or the 49ers.

"That's just Vernon Davis being Vernon Davis," Smith said. "You know him. ... That's just a guy trying to get some locker-room talk, some locker-room chatter. That's also a guy trying to get his team going.

"For him to put out there on line, guaranteeing victory, that's him. We'll see what happens on Sunday."
