So hyphy rappers can't use the style to rap about everything they all stick to one subject one ideal and thats BULLSHIT

Hyphy is more of a SWAGGER and I feel the fact that its a genre makes it a stereotypical label for ignant club knock bass rap

they could take that swagger and apply it to all of hiphop but nah... MOST* bay rappers and producers stay uncreative and therefore UNRELEVANT.

Why the fuck does no one fuck with us? Cuz no crack music comes out the bay. It's all just BAY music! it doesn't transcend northern california into other regions well enough.

i dont think its dead, i think its evolving. i still hear it. but its not like 04 when there were songs actually called "hyphy" and "go dumb" "get stupid" etc.

now if your still doing songs called "go stupid" in 2009 you are tardy. ill give you that

ill say this even on songs that arent hphy ie "SF anthem" the producer used the drums from super hyphy. the rappers arent saying "go dumb" "shake dreads" "pop pills" but its still danceable like some hyphy music.

i just think its evolving we still use elements from the 80's/90's hits in our music today. i mean u hear them east coast producers they still sampling and remaking songs from the 60's.

hyphy may be dead but that dont mean that elements from it wont be used and borrowed in music that comes out in the future.

when it was done right it was coo' but 90% of Hyphy songs were annoying. As far as a Keak and 40 album if it was sick wid it production im all for it or at least review Quinns album and take notes on how an album should sound lol
