Just consumed 48g protein (64g optimum nutrition Extreme Milk Chocolate gold standard whey) with 2 teaspoons of Italian instant espresso and holy fuck man, that shit was like drinking a milk shake it was so goddamned good, and i just got a huge burst of energy from the espresso this shit was a brilliant idea that's going to be repeated multiple times in the future
