alright i saw this inspiring message when stopped at a light, and decided to go to fred meyer to buy some lettuce, some adulterated lactose free milk, and some more bran flakes. but if you think im going to be eating pizza and wings and all that, you're mistaken. im only going to eat bran and yogurt and vegetables and fruits and greens for like a week or however long i can before i get bored and lose all control

i would eat another salad, if i had any more lettuce. i used up the last of my romaine and a whole head of that green leaf.

im still hungry as fuck though fam. think ill wait for the seahawks game to start then enjoy a nice bowl of cereal, with 87g of bran flakes (aka 1.5cups) and a single 240ml aka 1cup serving of 2% lactose free fortified milk, for a total of 310 calories.

shit that would even leave me with some room leftover. I might even add in a Fiber One® Chewy Oats & Peanut Butter Bar: Peanut butter and roasted peanuts wrapped in a chocolate flavored coating for 140 calories. Plus the benefit of 6g of protein and 20% daily value of fiber.
