Health mobb here too, well at least workout mobb, yesterday I bought a squat rack and a knee raise/dip bar station.

I got my bro to build them since he didn't pitch shit on em lol
Hell yeah. I'm waiting to start working out until I drop about 30 pounds. When I was working out at the end of high school and in community college I was doing it all wrong. I'd put in the work then ruin it by eating like shit. I even justified it like "I need this protein" eating like 300g of protein in a day which really just translated to no long term weight loss and overall developed into a habit of overeating. I'm going to try and start off light with bodyweight exercised and eventually I want to lift; squats, deadlifts, and benches.

Chia seeds are really good way to regulate some hunger. They expand in your stomach and make you feel full.
I thought you needed to crush them down to get any nutritional benefit (aside from fiber) though? Or was that flax? My grandma used to add chia seeds into rice whenever she made rice, I used to eat them a lot
