Health mob here too. I just had a double cheeseburger, fried chicken, chicken nuggets, and a chocolate milkshake for my mid afternoon snack. Probably going to go to fat burger for my pre-dinner snack later today.
Hell yeah. I'm waiting to start working out until I drop about 30 pounds. When I was working out at the end of high school and in community college I was doing it all wrong. I'd put in the work then ruin it by eating like shit. I even justified it like "I need this protein" eating like 300g of protein in a day which really just translated to no long term weight loss and overall developed into a habit of overeating. I'm going to try and start off light with bodyweight exercised and eventually I want to lift; squats, deadlifts, and benches.
most of the time i just get loaded i had 4 meals from friday-sunday spent morning until night drinking most likely why my stomach is barely back to feeling normal
Billy Beane - "Let's trade away the MVP candidate for a guy that's pretty good, but will only put out half the numbers of our MVP candidate, you know cause money ball is a popular term now"

When I get some more money I'm going to pick up one of those little ninja blenders so I can start adding in some smoothies too. My aunt has one and keeps talking about it like it really changed her life or something lol
@BUTCHER 2K6 you weren't here when I was bored and asking for suggestions on what to do with my time. I'm bored, what do you suggest I do with my time?
I thought you needed to crush them down to get any nutritional benefit (aside from fiber) though? Or was that flax? My grandma used to add chia seeds into rice whenever she made rice, I used to eat them a lot
