I like a decent amount of Gangstarr songs but yeah most of it is due to Premier's production. I don't know if I'd say Guru was horrible but he could be extremely boring a lot of the time lol.

As for Group Home I actually always liked Lil' Dap's style and flow a lot. It really fit the gritty NYC production, dude was a pretty dope rapper to me. Melachi was whatever though.
