That just made me look at the endangered species list and both of those are on there, good guess on my part. It also had beavers listed and I was like what the fuck we have tons of beavers but then I noticed it also had listed animals endangered to certain countries and apparently beavers are engangered in Mongolia.
No, but since they are charging and technically feeding the public, they need all sorts of licenses and stuff. Its not like going over to your friends house for dinner, there are waiters and you can order drinks etc. Not having a liquor license alone makes it illegal. Not that I've ever heard of one getting busted. But it sounds cool to dudes in extra smedium shirts and tight pants to say they are going to an "underground" place in general.

I'm pretty sure this dude in the pay to park lot across the way either has alcohol poisoning or is ODing on something. I heard what sounded like someone puking a lot followed by a bunch of people yelling he's not breathing. Medics are there though, all his friends are freaking out.
