Going to church is irrelivent. My mom' got basically the same religious belief system (religions are fairy tales to try and make people act properly according to the writers morals), and shes not 'spiritual' in the classic sense (the term can be defined so broadly its meaningless, thats why I stuck it in quotes, but shes gone to church on a couple of occasions just for the ritual.

Honestly I think a lot of people don't actually believe in God and still go to church just in case. Which is kind of dumb because I'm pretty sure God would know that if it does exist. I'm pretty sure my aunt and uncle are like that, or at very least my uncle is. They will never admit it though.

See jokes of that kind usually elicit a reponse because they are rediculous ebpigh the joke teller assumes the joke target recpgnizes it as such. Conditions such as this weren't met and so although the joke teller mights think its comes across humotously the joke recipiant may not.

natives have some off the wall shit, some of which i agree with for example dont take pictures of dead people (who the fuck does that anyways), dont record native prayers ect.

i got called a fake native one time bc i ate strawberry's before they were blessed. i was like wtf i cant eat whatever the fuck i want, fuck off.
