I have to stick with my contacts, as much as I want to get a pair of frames...since my eyelashes rub directly onto the surface of my eye, which has caused scarring years ago. So in order to prevent matters from getting worse, I was advised to wear my contacts as much as possible.

You just put some shake on top of a screen at the bottom of it (you can use one of the fluffy screens for oil) then you stick the tip of a heat gun into the top of the bowl and heat it up. The whole thing gets pretty hot, but the little handle is long enough as long as you hold it by that you're good.
