If a person is gonna talk shit about me I'd much rather them do it in English in my presence so we can settle the issue right then and there. Thats some weenie shit if your gonna talk shit about another individual in a different language in their vicinity.
That is very true, but we're talking about the subject at hand here. Different languages, work place & not understanding. All of that alone is sort of human nature to talk shit regardless of race, color or creed. And we are all guilty of that.

Then again, there are also occasions where your at a work place & the people who speak a different language are adamant to teach you their language starting with the curse words.

All the racial shit within this thread is seriously sad. Regardless of opinion the United States of America is the melting pot of the world. Unless any of us are Native American we all came from elsewhere. The only difference is, some of you are not prideful in you race. You turn your back on your race & try to cover it up by labeling yourself American. In reality your grandparents probably speak with an accent from their country / continent, but you will hide that simply because your ashamed of it. You want to be all American. Reality check, your born in the United States of America? You are American as apple pie. Americans come in different colors & United we stand just like we did on 911.

I bomb onsight on any motherfucker speaking a language i dont understand. Fuck that shit....if i dont understand what youre saying then we gots a problem!
breh it aint like that really, but it is common courtesy if you are in the room with 3 other people, they all speakin in 1 language you dont speak it is ethical to include the other person.

I would offer the SAME COURTESY to people if I lived in another country.

....& funny thing is tho, I speak Spanish (I also speak some Vietnamese & French). I know when someone says some dumb shit & have taken fools outside in my younger days & lost jobs over it.

( I am a father now & I dont get down like that much anymore but still...)

But my beef is not with those speaking Spanish so all you fools on your Mexican high horse can miss me with the trippin. (not you in particular, I am speaking in general)

In fact, I aint ever met a Mexican in my professional career. So my beef is not with you folks.

Not to bring this up again, but in my own defense. I don't have much of a problem with people at my job speaking different languages. My boss only speaks English and everybody we work with is dead. Yes, I work at mortuary LOL! (Seriously)

Damn breh, multi lingual? Props on that! I learned French and German as a kid. German was def a lot easier to grasp than the French language.

We have a new shift mgr at my job and it seems like she speaks Spanish to anyone who is Mexican whenever she can, even in meetings. I find that shit hella disrespectful. Everyone she speaks Spanish to all know English pretty/very well. I know because I talk to all those same people in what?...yep you guessed it...English.

One thing I will say is, that if your held a high position at your job such as a supervisor etc. You better speak fluent English (not broken English to where I'm standing there blinking while you talk trying to make sense of what the fuck your saying.) & know how to read & write it.

A messican dude starts speakin spanish to me like he thinks I'm a fellow messican. Once he starts speaking and looking at the slot machine at the same time or at the ATM trying to figure it out, I wait til he's done speaking and say, "English", and he looks at me disgruntled and says no lol

in my neighborhood there live a lot of eastern european people now.
When I'm outside people now either talk to me in english or in polish.
All people here think I am polish for some reason lol
