Frank Gore was in and out of the second half of Sunday's win over the Bengals because of an ankle injury.
Gore suffered the injury during a second-quarter scrum. The ailment doesn't sound particularly serious considering he was cleared to return, but it affected Gore's playing time and production. He finished with 42 yards on 17 carries, and didn't have a reception. Fantasy leaguers will want to pick up rookie Kendall Hunter, who closed out Sunday's game with 38 yards and a touchdown on 11 touches. Anthony Dixon did not have a carry.
