Idk if it would matter now, but why did I think that was Walt and Skylar's bathroom? For some reason I thought it was their bathroom and was wondering why the hell would he go in their and not the main bathroom. Sorry I just thought I'd throw that out there.

Does anyone know if the series is going to be done, over and out. Or just with AMC and it will get picked up somewhere else? It would be like the Wire, so so so good, but only 5 short seasons. Pretty good episode tonight.

Will there be any repercussions for the people killed in prison? Their families or any business ties they may have left won't be pleased to hear about their demises. They'll want to know who set this up and Todd's crew seems sizable. One of them could say who wanted the killings arranged.
No way they could link it to Todd....and the ones killed in prison did business for Gus, who is dead....they just closed the chapter on the Gus Fring empire, everyone who worked with him, except Lydia is gone. I don't think next season will involve Walt cooking at all... now that Walt said he's done, I think Hank is gonna try to chase after him, but find nothing on him since he stopped cooking.....we'll probably end up seeing a conflict between that new guy from AZ that Mike introduced him to, since he has a demand for product and Walt is leaving the cook game..

As the series has gone on Walt's only gotten smarter and more ruthless. I wouldn't be surprised if Hank gets close and Walt kills him. I'd like it if Hank found out, and he just let it slide with Walt wackin up some of his dough with him.

After the second part of Season 5 the series is done with. Vince Gilligan talked about ending it on a high note and never letting it get stale or have people talk about how it used to be good. As much as I want to see it keep going, I see where he's coming from.

Also about Hank linking Gale to Walt.....I think he's in a tough position. Not only is it his brother in law, but his own rehab was paid for by Walt's meth money. Is he gonna go to the DEA and tell them, by the way, my brother in law's meth money paid for my recovery? Or will he never even find out and the DEA links it to him somehow and he/Marie are guilty by association? I think it's gonna be bittersweet for Hank, in that he can't bust Walt.

That would be funny if the opening scene of the next episode is Hank having a heart attack and dying on the shitter lol.
I seriously considered that happening, lol.

Was Gales last name Browning? Fuck this episode was the shit. 6 month wait now
Gale Boetticher

What a way to end this first part of the series. Just when things were 'settling down' haha

i think its back in feb, that last episode was awesome. My impression is that Walt will have some serious heat on him since he looked like he was on the run in that diner scene in the first episode of the season.

I don't know if there would be any way for Hank to figure it out, but the reason he was shot and almost killed was Walt. Maybe there isn't any evidence to explicitly say it, but he could start connecting dots and realize his attack at least had something to do with Walt.

Probably not link past event's to Walt, but all he has to do is trail him, or catch him slippen or in a lie.

I been reading comments here last night, and mostly I agree with the view points. I don't think anyone can fully predict what the last 1/2 of the season will be. I don't know if Walt will be at war with Jesse anymore, Jesse got his money, and maybe more on top of the 5M. I think the shit storm will come from DEA, or something connected to Todd.

Plus for sure Walt has cancer again, so that will be physiological factor.

Everybody is assuming his cancer came back because he was in the PET scan tube. Anybody who ever "beat" cancer has to have follow ups every several months to be sure it isn't back.

Although the show is unpredictabe, I think Walt loses his entire family the second half of the season and has to go underground himself. You can't ever just walk out of the crimeworld with a ton of money and expect not to lose what's dearest to you. He's international now, you can't just walk away from that.

I'm glad Jesse got his money. If he's smart, he gets back with Andrea and enjoys the rest of his life.

nah it wasn't that he just had a PET scan, when he was in the bathroom it showed the paper towel dispenser was busted up, as if someone punched it out of anger. That's why.

anyways, Walt reading his gift in season 3:

The book was shown in the beginning of the episode when Walt was taking a shower.

found this on another forum. thoughts?

I think the book came from Gretchin Black (her maiden name). Hmm, Gretchin Black, Walter White and in between them, Gray Matter, hmm. http://i.imgur.com/LLRqS.jpg

Ep 306, Walt meets Gale, Gale talks about a Whitman poem, Walt goes home and reads it in his book! He already had the book it seems.

It fits with the general story telling this show has employed. There have been numerous coincidences that if they didn't occur would have made the story fall apart.

Crazy 8 escapes the basement only to run into Walt driving home, Walt running into Jane's dad at the bar(edit; actually this one might not have affected story much), Walt over hearing that the lawyer is about to flip.

I'm sure there are more coincidences, now, Hank puts the pieces together based on the incorrect assumption that GB is Gale.

And it takes away the "Walt leaves a book from Gale lying around where anyone could find it" sloppiness out of the equation.

now its 10 month wait, comes back next summer
Walt has cancer, has nothing to lose, probably go out guns blazing, hole up in a safe house and slowly wither away and have nothing to take with him to the other side except shame
Hanks gonna get his
hell i could see alot of innocent people dieing, walt jr, skylar, hanks wife

jus to be clear about the book,is that the book walt learned everything about meth or is that the book he wrote from all his notes, and did he make a copy of it for his aprentice/gus original cook, and sign it for him?

why the FUCK would he have that book in the bathroom when he knows hank comes over regularly
