there are some qbs that you can throw out there right away and they'll be okay... Russell is not that guy

he needs to learn how to play off the field... he was thrown out there too early

I think we should wait a few more games to see... I think we have too much money invested in Russell for him to be riding the bench. We shouldn't give up on him yet... but he does need to improve and fast...
