im not sure. im gonna look into it. but im thinking it might if you still owe money from your fine. and im pretty sure for the financial aid application they ask the whole have you ever been arrested question

I understand the severity of this issue, but I don't understand why they are so damn extreme on the aftermath of shit. People fuck up, and thats the bottom line.

they don't want you to ever do it again... maybe it should be more severe.. so you never do it in the first place.

or maybe rather than make the punishment so severe. they should use all the money theyve made off this and make public transportation much more accessible for ppl. i could be wrong but im sure the dui rates in places like new york or london are much lower because of their good transit systems. then again some ppl would be losing a lot of money if this were to happen and ppl actually stopped getting arrested for deweys

Yeah, I understand why they do it. But making the penalties harsher isn't going to do anything to stop people from driving.


People make bad judgement calls all the time. Everyone I know drives. Its just a matter of getting caught.
