Dude what you think? GGG needs to fight someone much better than this dude before we crown him. I mean if you wanna crown him, then crown him! But we let em off the hook lol. Got Em!!

So you haven't seen him fight.

I don't understand how dudes can criticize an opponent while knowing nothing about him. He's a solid fighter and probably will give Golovkin a good test.

You already know why he's fight Monroe. We can go over the list of the guys from 154 to 168 who weren't available to fight in May or flat out turned him down:

Cotto - rejected, fighting Geale who GGG already KOd.
Quillin vs Andy Lee was set.
Martinez retired.
Danny Jacobs openly said he's not down for a Golovkin fight yet.
Canelo was set to fight Kirkland.
N'dam and Lemieux are set to fight each other.
Chavez rejected, pulled out for less money and lost.
Froch dropped his belt, not interested.
Dirrell is set to fight DeGale.
Kessler retired.
Lara set to fight Delvin Rodriguez, not that he can fight on HBO anyways.

So who's that leave? Monroe, Johnson and Heiland. Monroe stylistically is the most challenging of the three. GGG said he wanted to fight a southpaw to challenge himself, Monroe is a southpaw.

Not much he can do here as far as big names go.

Are you serious?? Do you wanna put money on it?? I watched it Saturday night on Showtime so I could see the Mayweather interview afterwards that only aired on Showtime. The HBO edition only showed the fight and than moved to the Canelo fight. I watched both trust or we can bet if you like. Got Em!!

yea this, but I do believe that the showtime replay started a little earlier then the hbo replay. if im not mistaken.

Orozco vs Taylor is gonna be one heck of a fight! Orozco stays out here in the SouthEast San Diego area too! This would have been a good Showtime card or HBO latino card!
