been shoppin around and looks like the sony bravia lcds seem to be in the $600 range for a 40-42 incher right now online if u look and search hard enough!....that seems to be pretty reasonable!

No, but the way you worded it made it seem like you had no clue as to what they do.

DVI is just digital, and there are no clear advantages over VGA.

HDMI is in the same boat, but if you have built in speakers on the monitor, you don't have to use a separate audio cord to use them.

BTW, you could have just used Google to find out.

monitor speakers are garbage i couldnt stand em so i bought some $80 HP ones comes with a sub they slap pretty damn good the sub has some bass way better then i thought brought em to tahoe was slumpin em hella loud people were lovin em

JUST ORDERED A 46' SONY BRAVIA FOR $744 ALL TOGETHER!..GOT IT OUT OF MICHIGAN SO THERE WASNT NO TAX,JUST SHIPPING!...THAT WAS THE CHEAPEST I COULD FIND FOR THAT MODEL!(EX400,2010),..EVERYWHERE ELSE IT WAS ALMOST $900
