Thats who I had in mind!! I hate that fucker. He just likes to say Chile and chipotle and shit! Can't stand em.
but dude does know what he's doing..catch his pbs show and you'll see him in some lil oaxaca town or in el D.F. markets learing all the secrets to real mexican cooking.

and if he is who you had in mind then ur mistaken if you think he'd cook some mexican lasagna homie.lol

this was inspired by my 'body of christ' enchilada recipe, which can put a grown man in a coma in less than 3

you get a natural high when eating it something like jesus being beat on the cross

everyone likes the body of christ
its impossible to say its not good

that shits like saying tupac wasnt a great rapper or actor in the slightest
yo!!! when you get back home put me up on game immediately!#!#!!
i grew up on shit like this at home but havent attempted to make it myself out here in cali..

i make that shit .. but use a lil simpler method.. i make lawrys enchilada sauce.. instead of pouring sauce on the bottom, i dip each tortilla in the sauce on both sides and when i put them in the casserole dish i push them up so they cover the sides.. for the filling i get one of those whole roasted chickens they sell already hot and cooked at the grocery store.. debone and take the skin off and put the meat in a big bowl.. add a can of whole pinto beans (drained).. add a can of corn (drained)... pour a little sauce in and mix it together.. dump it in the dish on top of those tortillas from step one.. then throw some cheese on that.. dip more tortillas for top layer.. then pour the rest of sauce on top.. put some more cheese on top... pop it in the oven at 350 till cheese is melted about 20 minutes or so.. dont forget to eat that skin while its cooking..
