Somebody kills a cop and they go with the old "dosent matter if i killed em because i made em chase me past the county line and they were out of their juristiction" defense?

I don't think there's any defense for killing a cop in a county that's not his its still a murder. But I feel what you're sayin tho.

I would never take that route against police. If you're honestly innocent of said crime you should be able to find a lawyer to represent your story and alibi.

When you're taken by police and proven innocent that's fucking kidnapping, and if you resist their kidnapping they can FUCK YOU UP! Taze, pepper spray, rubber bullets, beat your ass, shoot you...they are just here to make the state money by issuing petty "crime" tickets. FTP!!
