Evil Dead. Bruce Campbell and Sam Raimi both did their thing in that one, and the following sequels.

For one less ancient, I'd go with American Psycho. I love a film that's filled with satirical comedy. Mix that with blood and guts, and it's pure win.

There's elements of comedy in most horror movies, if you pick up on it... If you want pure violence without anything else, watch something like Guinea Pig: Flower of Flesh and Blood... Just don't watch it, if you have a weak stomach...

Alot of horror movies seem to have -or they intentionally put comedic parts in the films- because they're ridiculous to begin with. All this scary knife blade shit, all this blood, niggas/idiotic monsters stalkin people...this aint 200 BC we got guns, fools get clapped thinkin they stabbin someone.
