I've seen almost every single movie named in this thread and none of them have scared me lol I've yet to see a horror flick that gets me scared.

But for what the movie is, I like The Shining.

Someone name a movie they think I'd get scared to while watching lol

I love Horror movies. My fav genre. I have a nice DVD collection.

To just name one as my favorite is hard. I think it also depends on the mood I'm in. There are so many different types of Horror movies.

- Re-Animator
- Evil Dead
- Texas Chainsaw Massacre (fuck the remake and fuck Michael Bay while I'm at it.)
- Excorcist
- In The Mouth Of Madness

There are so many more I can name, but I think these are the ones I watched the most.

I don't get scared by a movie, but there are movies that are difficult to watch at times. Like Irreversible, A L'Interieur, Martyr, Grotesque, etc.

I can name one movie that I've seen that I've gotten a lil scared to, but it was only from the first time I watched it, the other times I've watched it, it ain't do shit to me. It's a 70's movie, it's called Legend of Boggy Creek. There's a few scenes that got me good lol Like where the female is sitting on the couch by the window and all of the sudden bigfoot smashed thru the window, that shit startled me lmao Only because I live up in the Northwest and bigfoot sitings are common around here lol

My favorite horror movie of all time is probably:

That's IT for all the 90's babies out there.

It has just about everything. The story alone is GREAT and movie-worthy, even if not for it's horror. A true classic IMO.

The Shining isn't scary though it scared me as a kid. The Omen scared the crap out of me as a kid. That kid Damien is evil man! lol

My mom and sister wanted to watch Nightmare on Elm Street 1 and 2 when they came out on HBO when I was like 5. They both fell asleep halfway through the first one and I stayed up and watched both. I loved horror movies as a kid but that crap gave me nightmares til I was like 9
