Alot of people didn't read and got what I said all twisted. I never said that I didn't like camron's music or east coast music. I grew up on that shit, just like everyone else who is truly into hip-hop. My point had nothing to do with east coast music, it was about west coast gang culture and the double standard in hip hop, due to the politics of the rap game. Some of my favorite MC's ever are from the east, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, G. Rap, Nas, Jadakiss, the list goes on. If you know anything about hip-hop, you have to know that there has always been and probably always will be an east coast bias in the industry. Us west coast niggas always had a chip on our shoulder, because east coast niggas have a superiority complex when it comes to hip-hop (of course, it was created in NY). Alot of east and west artist work together, some genuinely and some not. Go to a NY club and try to play E-40, them niggas aint havin' it! They'll tear da club up! Play Mobb Deep out here and niggas be swangin' to it. That's my point.
