I havent been checking every thread, but I got a pm about these online remarks. I'm cool with everyone on here and at times I know people have reasons to dislike each other or remarks by others.

Remember, we all have opinions about someone's beat choice or music... and it kinda blurred when it becomes a diss or a bad choice of words. And sometimes people go against the popular opinion with reasons of their own. And as fans or homies, we always have to defend. Its just natural.

If someone speaks on music.. lets keep it at that... I dont see no reason why people would bring gang shit into it... whether people think its over color or not.. I dont think we need to try and bring street shit into this. I say that because alot of people have died over this shit.. and its sensitive whether or not you know of it first hand or just saying it to get under the skin.
Every real set has lost homies, have setbacks like snitches or homies doing life and yes, every hood gotta smoker or crackfiend.

Have that respect atleast.

Its all good my dude. I made this for everyone in general... even the artists. I know some beefs go deeper that most of us are aware of.
I hope people take a higher road or rethink the situation.

Even me. I mentioned I didnt like spider loc and it offended his homey(dj smeeze). He took it personal and started to say all this personal shit and even dissed hoods. If I started to go on about dissing sets, I'd be making myself a wanted man. I walk on alot of turfs that many cant (or dont).. and the wrong comment might get me killed by some youngin that goes online.

Maybe many of the siccness might not go to different turfs, but I'm tryna promote West coast music..so I gotta be able to reach homies (anyone/any set/any turf) on their grounds.

I've even asked Bandana to chill on the situation.

This economy is really hard to earn a living. There are alot of rappers that hold jobs, we had a topic in the BART forum about it too.

If you aint a rapper (that is making it) and you dont have a job.. then how do you earn money (for yourself)? Its only obvious what people do.. and bekuz of that, we lose talent to the system (Don Diego, Big June, and countless others). Some of the dopest rappers I heard, are locked up (there's this one dude from Texas that was really dope... but he also got years).

I just hope that anyone promoting music on the west, people like chrymes, B12, myself, supasavdout, and many others, help our homies/artists make it to do something we believe in.

Lil wayne can say soo woop all he wants.. but what does he know of being a real Piru/Blood compared to anyone on here doing music.

What does Fake Rick Ross really know about being a drug runner, compared to homies that are getting it how they live.

I'd rather hear it from the source.. not the identity thieves.

nah fuck that..if youre a gangsta rapper then you dont need a job..
Like I said, if you a rapper and "making it".. you dont need one.

If you are not "making it" (which most of the West coast's REAL TALENT ARE BEING IGNORED).. some do find a job. Yeah, I know a ton of rappers that hustle.. and of course sometimes that dont pay off hence the reference to talent being locked up.

I'm just saying there's nothing wrong with a rapper, gangsta or otherwise, having a job. Talk to some of the people on here and you will out who has a job and makes music.

That's just being Real and Responsible.

A great Example.. Lil C.S

I don't see anything wrong with having a job. If you push a lot of weight and you got a plug to make some easy ass money, then why not have one to cover the funds. Job or career. This rap shit can become a career. No difference from havin 9-5. Some of these niggas got kids and ain't got the plug like blood and still more OG than him. Still work a 9-5 and then back on the block doin what it do. Don't matter how you do it, if you can get it then get it. Long story short, even when you're stackin your chips the way you do, sometimes it just ain't enough.
