yeah, but mixing and recording is A HUGE PART of making a good record man. It's just as important as the beat production and mastering. If you have horrible mixing, it doesn't matter how badass your beats are!! Rebeck is def talented. I've worked with the other engineers at that same studio...they are okay, but don't got SHIIITTT on Rob...the dude's a vet man...and everybody on here can act like Rob is disposable...but as an artist, having that real connection with your engineer is a huge key in making great albums.
I am more upset that people are having problems, not what they are doing. I feel bad for everyone involved if there is any bad blood....if not, then move along...I mean we are all looking at this from the outside and if everyone on the inside thinks this is right, then I'm happy for everyone and want them all to succeed. Wish we could get some info from Roberto though.......

you think when it comes down to it Strange isn't gonna find somebody else who can do the job just as well if not better?
sure it might have been unexpected, but the unexpected is the EXPECTED in the industry... you gotta be prepared for anything.
In regards to the DJ Quik tweet and people's excitement over it, it's probably best to remember that Tech often likes to talk about things that most likely aren't even close to being a reality or even a possibility. That's why before every new Tech album there's a thread on here listing the "rumored guests" that you just know aren't going to be on it and why we can have threads with people proclaiming that they will stop listening to Strange "if the Mystikal deal goes through".
