Basically my main point is we are going about this the wrong way, we have a lot of enemies right now. People who are undercover about not liking us are gonna come out the woodwork and attack anyway they can. Bush is an idiot plain and simple. At least his daddy had the common sense to get everyone on his bandwagon.

Would YOU mind a war if your city or town was getting bombed on and you didn't know where the next missile or armed troops were going to hit? I'm pretty sure you wouldn't because you speak about war like it's a walk in the park.
Some people forget that things can be solved in a non-violent manner. I'm sure there's a better solution to, "we're gonna bomb the innocent people (mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts, nephews, grandparents, neighbors) on your land and once we've commited genocide, we're going to take your crude oil and get the people that remain to work our plants for pennies on the dollar." Not wanting to speak things out like a civilized person is another thing...

why are we over in the desert in the first place to stop armed aggression in kuwait which is our source for oil. we are there regulating everything that happens basically saddam surrendered and signed a treaty with a long lists of restrictions. the whole point of powell giving his speech was to show the way saddam and his regime violated many of the restrictions and obligations set upon him. if we let him violate this agreement then what the fuck are we there for that talking the talk and not walking. on GP we should go to war. why do we need to ask for approval from these other countries to show that there is still cooperation but if there is no enforcment of treaties then every coutry in the world will walk all over us.
that then turns to korea which we have been in war with for many years because that war never officially ended only thing separating them from war is the dmz they have nuclear capabilities so start up of a nuke reactor should be considered and act of war.

in both cases sacrifice of lives now save multiple lives in the future from the use of weapons of mass destruction.

Peace is a great thing. people should do whatever they can to make peace in this world. too many people die each day because of lack of peace.

that said, peace in this world is not a reality. You cannot have peace in a world with evil people and this world is flooded with them. We live in a country that is known for its power and its freedom. RIGHT NOW, our freedom is in question. This country has a responsibility first and foremost to the people of this country and must protect us from an outside threat.

Saddam Hussein is evil and if we do not stop his reign of power or else our freedom will undoubtedly be comprimised. Yes, innocent people will be harmed and killed but it will be a hell of a lot more productive than us doing nothing to stop him and others from killing OUR people.

We have only 2 choices and one of them WILL happen.

1. We take down Hussein's power along with others using war at the cost of innocent people dieing

OR

2. We do nothing, hope for peace like ignorant assholes, and watch hundreds or even thousands of Americans get killed without fighting back.

i was juss being blunt and to the point. i know bout the corruption in this country, an i don't not agree with the shit that congress and the executive branch do, but it is the best country to live in period. the diversity of this countries people, is what makes this country so great...the government don't mean shit to me. if this country goes to war w/Iraq...i would bakc them up, right now we need to look after our best interests and this happens to be one of them...
