comon now people are actually acting like they heard Kobe Sozs album. I'm sure its pretty shitty but i never listened to him to see what the deal is

LOL @ Secret Agenda, sounds like the Soz man is on some undercover gay shit especially with that cover. That shit is laden with Homosexual overtones

thizz would go up 25% in my book,if they just got a new engineer.even if they choose to recycle tracks atlest get it remixed and master in higher quality.the problem is the engineers out here that is mixing this crap

Out of what I personally purchased, Cognito RECOGNITION was pretty bad. Beats were average if that, and no song really stood out.

I bought a few thizz albums plus thizz nation volumes 5 & 6 this year and IMO they were not horrible. It took a minute for them to grow on me, but there are a few slappers on there. I do agree that thizz is putting out too much garbage fast though. I'd rather see them release a FEW albums with quality non recycled shit.

And to The Evil Genius, people still buy thizz releases because they are a big label in the bay. Thizz has alot of quality rappers like mac mall, mistah fab, j diggs, figz, etc. They used to put out better shit back in the day and I think people are still expecting that to happen and are waiting on good releases in the midst of hot trash.

it ain't just the thizz camp.. even some of dre's thizz album's weren't all that great IMO.. but just the fact that dre created it compensates for it.. it will never compare to the YBB / khayree / rompalation days.. that's when dre was in his prime

problem is a lot of these cats.. even the big names (keak, marv, etc..) aren't concentratin' on puttin' out quality music.. they just want to put their mixtape(s) out as quickly as possible so they can get their guda.. it's the rap game.. that's what they're about.. all power to them.. you guys are the ones buyin' their sh*t

i haven't bought one album this year.. and i'm glad i haven't.. the game ain't the same

To me it seems like Mac Dre had the ability to put out whatever and cats would still like it, Almost every mac Dre album i ever had the first spin I didn't even like it then the shit grew on me and became my favorite shit
