Care to explain why you think we are not in WW3?

Nobody answered my question either. What constitutes WW3? Who fuckin makes that official? When does the world decide, "this is WW3" or not?

Obviously the Cold War isn't being counted...proxy wars dont' really count. We are talking about WAR not proxy war. There is a difference.

If the Cold War doesn't count then Wars with non-governmental entities/"terrorists" don't count either.
