I love seeing women in power. It is a great feeling. I was raised by a single mother, so I know the powerful things women are capable of doing without a man by their side telling them what to do and how to think.

If there was a female Democrat on the ballot, going up against a male Republican...I can honestly sit here and tell you, I would probably vote for the Female Democrat and campaign for her as well. Fem Dem vs Fem Rep, I would of course vote Rep.........but I really would like to see any female at all as the Head of State of the United States.

Women are taking over the colleges. Women are entering politics and doing it very well. Soon they will be the majority in the service industry, if they are not already.

The future is coming. Prepare yourself, fellows.

One could ask if your experience is perhaps unique, or less common. Maybe for some unexplicable reason of chance, you just happened to meet women this way.

Perhaps the values and reactions of your female companions were regarding matters that were personal and not professional or serious in nature.

Or, you could be right and women could simply be more emotional, take things more personally, and not react with logic or distance when dealing with crisis.

I, of course, beg to differ because women I have known in positions of power professionally or within organizations often tend to be more harsh than men. In my personal experience the "ballbuster", "hardass", "power trip dyke" stereotype is often true for successful women...and I don't think this has to do with being more or less manly. It's more a struggle of traditionalism vs progressivism, independent thought vs. status quo type shit.

Women CEOs, for example, have been just as ruthless as male CEOs in business ethics and management. When armies employ women in combat, they often find that they are more efficient, more tactical, and in the case of the Russian female soldiers during World War 2, more ruthless.
