I can go from what I know and have gone through. I have seen that a lot of women in power want to show their power by random acts to show they are boss regardless of if the situation deserves it or not. Even when they are wrong they dont want to show weakness and will still try to show how they are right. I know a lot of that is the pressure that is on them to do so well because they want to prove their right to be in that job and not just there because their gender. They seem more easily swayed, less likely to ask for help, and jump the gun with big decisions without fully weighing pro's & con's. I have worked for or with a lot of Women and some have been great people but I find many faults in their work. Only 1 was someone I truly respected as a person and boss. I know a lot will disagree but I base this on what I have seen and gone through, not tests or surveys.
