its best to eat or drink 45 mins before ya work out so that its all digested...then to fill up on protein str8 after i.e a protein shake....maybe try a banana before u work out with what ever supliment drink u havin to balance it out but try the 45 min rule and i think you feel stronger for it.....
You also want to eat some complex carbs with your preworkout meal. Complex carbs are burned slower by the body, therefore giving you a steady stream of energy during your workout.
