HOLD ON A SECOND...i NEED SUM ADVICE IN A MAJOR WAY.

I WAS TOLD 2 WAKE UP AND INSTANTLY DRINK THAT SHIT THAN GO WORKOUT 10MIN LATER.

THAN AFTER MY WORKOUT EMEDIATLY DRINK A DOSE OF LOW CARB ISOPURE.(I'M TRYIN 2 PUT ON LEAN MUSCLE NOT WATER WEIGHT)

WELL I ALWAYS FEEL WEAK AND SUMTIMES EVEN THROW UP AFTER I DO THAT..

FUCK MY GOONS CAN I GET A REGIMENT? OR BE TOLD WTF I'M DOIN WRONG?
its best to eat or drink 45 mins before ya work out so that its all digested...then to fill up on protein str8 after i.e a protein shake....maybe try a banana before u work out with what ever supliment drink u havin to balance it out but try the 45 min rule and i think you feel stronger for it.....
