I GOT THAT AMPLIFIED N.O.

I WAS TOLD 2 WAKE UP AND INSTANTLY DRINK THAT SHIT THAN GO WORKOUT 10MIN LATER.

THAN AFTER MY WORKOUT EMEDIATLY DRINK A DOSE OF LOW CARB ISOPURE.(I'M TRYIN 2 PUT ON LEAN MUSCLE NOT WATER WEIGHT)

WELL I ALWAYS FEEL WEAK AND SUMTIMES EVEN THROW UP AFTER I DO THAT..

FUCK MY GOONS CAN I GET A REGIMENT? OR BE TOLD WTF I'M DOIN WRONG?

you wanna consume carbs and protein before and after your workout... eat real food before rather than a shake

I do 40 g of protein and 60 g simple carbs (dextrose) right after my workout... then about 1 1/2 hours later I eat a solid meal containing lean protein, carbs, and healthy fats
