federation fucks with people outside the bay because rick rock sells beats to non bay artists, so he'll have access to people outside the bay. also, people from so-cal will see so-cal artists on the album and pick it up because of that. y'all need to realize that not every rapper wants to be a local artist, some have bigger aspirations.

They arn't really from the Bay in the 1st place so...Plus they are trying to spread their buzz. They did piss ALOT of Bay artist off by saying some of the things they were and have been saying, but at the end of the day they are from Alabama and Sac.
