Northern CA and Southern CA is almost 2 different states but if you think about it. When CA ran the music game was when it was reffered to as The West Coast. It is understood that there has been differences in music and taste and style between Norcal and Socal but the west has always been better as one. Look at Death Row as an example. Just my opinion.
