please tell me are you afraid to die? are you afraid what will happen after you die? I've seen hella of you muhfukaz get HEATED about this shit. i've never read such emotional and passionate responses from people on this forum like i do on the subject of religion. be it strong opinions about atheism, agnosticism and etcetra. ive seen and participated in threads that end up being 100 post long. even in the flows board folks dont come that HEATED. some of yall cats be down to "put it all on the line" for your beliefs. please tell me, why is that shit so important to yall.

the only thing i don't understand about why people get so heated is this: did U come up with this shit? no, u had to learn from somebody else, like a priest, or a Bible or some shit. so don't act like this is YOUR idea of how the world came into being. believing any religion unquestioningly is not a religion... its more like a cult.

To me Religion is not a joke like it may be to you, that's why I take everything about God seriously.

We all have diffren't opinions on diffren't topics, If you don't belive in God KEEP IT TO YOURSELF! Nobody wants to hear shit about why you hate God or why you think it's bullshit.

theres nothing wrong with having beliefs but why would you bet your life against something you cant prove to be even remotely tangible.

Dboy Sinista and Big J, good lookin out. but not only at church and christian religions, im speakin of all of them. you got jihad ready people, as well as crusaders.

I'm askin this: are you willing to die for your beliefs or kill for them. what if they arent true. what if it all is a fabrication. I've met cats on this board that have dedicated there entire time here to warring with people in the guise of education.

I understand the concept of better safe than sorry, but when it boils down to it. how sorry can you be when there isnt enough evidence to prove that you will be sorry. what are you being saved from at what expense and at with what incentive. realistically speaking

how can i hate something that i dont believe to exist, and if it did exist who is to say what your god is like and what your god whats. these are questions that the atheist strives to answer and the religious man believes because "thats what i believe" faith can only take you so far until some will demand proof

Let me drop some reality....that main ones claimin to be love God so much be the main ones doing the most dirt. Then they wanna judge you if you feel differently than they do on the religion tip. Christians think they're perfect as hell or somethin. They always trying to force their beliefs on you if u dont believe what they believe. They'll try to make you feel that if you're not a christian, then youre not living right. Thats why I dont get caught up in religion. I leave that to the folks that can dedicate their time to it.

im not sayin that you are wrong, im just asking how and why you believe the way that you do. if there was tangible evidence for me to believe i quite possibly would.

Here we go again. Another post that gets nowhere. No matter what anyone says in this post, like trying to tell them why we believe in God, won't do any good. And viseversa. We believe in what we believe in and that's just it. The only way people might begin to understand religion is if something was to happen. Like put in a certain situation.
