whose all quit smokin cigs???

I've probably quit about 6 or 7 times. Anywhere from 6 months to 1 year at a time. Then I pick it back up.

Going to quit in a day or two again, it's that time.
Then I will more than likely pick it back up in 8 months or so.

I quit as soon as I start feeling the sides, takes me about a year.
Then I pick it back up as soon as my lungs are fresh.

Feels good...

U aint gonna quit unless u want to.. gotta have will power.. my pops proved it to me.. nigga been smokin since he was 12-13 and one day said he was gonna quit and he did just that, hasn't smoked cigs in over 7 years and this was after he quit drinkin too..

I've been tobacco free since late October/Early November of last year. Looking at the prices, I'm glad I quit.

i quit 2 months ago and still drink like normal..

i started smoking when i was 14-15....im 28 now.

my only problem with quitting is i cant even smoke a black and mild....everything has to go so it can work....like smoking on cig but not inhaling it lol

i think its easier to quit when your body says stop....everytime i'd smoke it would just taste disgusting and i would feel like shit

i need to quit. i quit for about a week at the beginning of the year.

i've only been smoking cigarettes for like 4 years though. So i always justify smoking in my mind like atleast i ain't been smoking for 10 years. need to quit though.
