San Diego ain't about to blow up... Mitchy, Jayo, Lil Rob, Cricket, VMF, Big June and Ecay all do their thing and may blow up individually but for a city or region to blow it needs a definitive sound... The Bay's Hyphy, Atlanta was Crunk (now they snap), Houston chops and skrews, New York (they lost their sound) but started the whole damn thing, LA was G-Funking in it's heyday, but San Diego? I can't really think of a definitive sound for the city of saints that would thrust it into the national spotlight like Hyphy's done for the Bay...
