Dead: 480
Bench: 245
Squat: 385

Those were my lifts as of last week. Note: I am not a powerlifter so these are not maxes or anything. Except for my Dead Lift, it's pretty close to it's max I can pull about 3 reps out of it.

ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO DO BACK EXTENSIONS AFTER A LIFTING...PUT 9-20 LB. BARS BEHIND UR NECK, AND UR ARMS OVER TOP OF IT. WHEN U PUSH UP OR STRAIGHTEN UR BACK...ALL UR POWER TO DO THIS IS COMING FROM UR BACK, AND UR ARMS R NOT HELPING U CHEAT. IF U LIFT, AND DONT LOOSEN UR BACK, IT WILL CRAMP, OR GET SORE.

SARCASM...HMMM...LOL. :chinese:
IF WE ARE STATING OUR MAXES, I THINK IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO STATE OUR HEIGHT AND WEIGHT SO NONE OF THE VIEWERS WILL BE MISLEAD.

And where did you pull that? out of your ass? That's false information buddy, check your sources. The truth is if you want to get BIG, cardio shouldn't even be a part of your routine.

t-nation , i don't body build i lift weights buddy ,i'd suggest sprinting like 40-40s on an off day if you dont wanna get small from running

Been lifting for about 2 months now. Making a lot of progress. I started off being able to max out (bench) at 140. I just put up 200 this weekend. I've put on 8-10 pounds of muscle already and have probably burned about 5-10 lbs of fat. Im feeling great, but I really wanna take it to the next level now.

with deadlifts u have to make sure ur form is good otherwise u'll fuck up ur back somethin serious.... try doing reverse sit-ups.... @ zest barbell will help you gain mass, and the dumbells will help cut u up....(plus dumbells are more of an isolation excercise) which focus only on that muscle u are working

Not only that, but dumbells will help equal out the strength, because with barbells, usually your dominant hand will assist more, leaving one side stronger than the other.
