Actually, it's not Bad Advice. If it was, I wouldn't be gaining around 25-30 lbs of muscle a year. T-Nation is the best workout site out there, to you, I've never heard of it and I just visited it and it looks useless.
Based on what I responded to...yes, it was bad advice. You didn't mention anything about carbs in that response. I now see that you did later though.

And you should take more than two minutes looking at a site before you call it useless. I've been working out for 10 years now, and I wouldn't frequent a useless site. I suggest you take some time and give it a shot. If you're into working out as much as you say, I think you'll change your mind.

along with 75-100g of simple carbs (Gatorade)
If you have the money, there are better options than Gatorade. Even if you don't, you can buy dextrose/maltodextrin in bulk. That would even be better (and cheaper) than Gatorade.

one scoop of protein aint shit. you should take one gram for every 2 pounds of your body weight. that is if your seriously lifting. if you take protein and dont lift hard, you will just get fat.

IF your training seriously the standard is actually 1g per 1 lbs of bodyweight.

I ment gatorade in powder/bulk, like from costco, not the commercial bottles.

I did venture the site for more than two minutes, I am just more comfortable with http://www.teenbodybuilding.com. That's like my home right there that website helped me get started 3 years ago and ever since then I still find more and more new information everyday on it, it's one of the best resources online, if not, the best.

Wait till you get home and then mix it. All you need is a glass and milk and a whisk, banana's and peanut butter and all that is a waste of time, if your going to make a nutritional shake go ahead but this needs to get into your body as soon as you can after your workout. If you have a cooler or a fridge at your gym, you can bring half a bottle of milk there, and then just mix it right after your workout and shake up the bottle and slam it down.

What kind powder do you use? I use Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey, it's really good.

I TRY TO GO 4 TIMES A WEEK-TO BALANCE OUT DAY 1,2; WEDNESDAY IS LIKE THE DAY OFF.
DAY 1 WORKS UR CHEST AND SIZE IN GENERAL. THE CLEANS GIVE U ALOT OF POWER (FROM LEGS UP), SO DOES THE JAMMER. DAY 2 IS UR THIGHS, CALVES, BASICALLY WORKING UR LEG MUSCLES...AND THE FREEWEIGHTS ARE FOR UR SHOULDERS,ARMS, CHEST. I FORGOT DEADLIFTS AS WELL...THATS A DAY 1 EXERCISE FOR UR BACK...SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE CLEANS.

I JUST FOLLOW OUR FOOTBALL TEAMS PROGRAM SO I DONT KNOW SPECIFICS, BUT 4 TIMES A WEEK IS A GOOD QUOTA TO DO UR ALTERNATE ROUTINES.

100-

Try doing your cardio after lifting, what happens is cardio takes all the energy you have, you won't get anywhere near a decent workout if you have no energy left.

actually a slow steady pace of cardio befor weight lifting can get you bigger

And where did you pull that? out of your ass? That's false information buddy, check your sources. The truth is if you want to get BIG, cardio shouldn't even be a part of your routine.
