Damn I don't know any one that fits your strict criteria, haha especially Age and image...there are some tight rappers but they are getting on the old side, and not many really have an image..or marketable and the ones who might have an image are carbon copies of some Bay Shit...this is just how i feel no hard feelings towards anyone. I did think young 80 has a marketable image, and heard some shit that wasn't half bad. What really kills 90% of the others is work ethic....They stay in the studio, but if you have more then 11 songs recorded that you think are hot..recording 30 more aint gettin anything more done...and hustle..well i believe thats a double edged sword because too many in Dago treat it as a hustle..if more people treated it like a business Dave you would be livin large..cause i know you aint getting what ya worth on the beats, How is an artist serious if they aint willing to invest in their career....always with the hand out

Yes sir, Hustle is when you put the least amount into something to yield a return , business is well planned and organized. If you look at many sucessfull business men, many failed numerous times, and filed bankruptcy etc (look at Donald trump)...Many still kept sinking money into their ventures..Why because they believed heavily in it and put their life into it, put second mortgages on homes..sold house etc etc...This is the drive that is lacking...the ambition....Most artists in dago are only ambitious enough to go to the studio, and thats where it ends. Do not get me wrong there are artists who put great effort unfortunatly most these are about average in rappin.

Also..I was reading a book one time about the record business and the Author held many positions at one point or another. He mapped out what you need to do to start a label or put an album out. One question he got was.."how much do I need to invest"...to me this is common..seems everyone wants to put the least into something. anyways his answer "as much as you possibly can get a hold of". It only makes sense because if you are as hot as you think you are and then it should be nothing to invest in yourself...truth is When it comes to investing thats when the doubts come in..might as well hang it up. Id say find an investor..but if you have doubts of recouping then why would anyone else invest. When i see artists who aint willing to let their nutts hang and put it all on the line...are they gonna give the same effort on all other aspects of the business after the songs are done?

age n image im talkin bout sumbody thats worth it if he old thas coo there alot of niggas thats still in tha game and aint worried bout they age but thas y i put it next to potential so u can see how much potential he has to create the type of buzz the town needs to catapult him into tha game feel me?? once one nigga on the whole town can eat.... i aint never heard young 80 before imma see whassup ... but work ethic is exactly that u gotta make songs n knock em out the more songs the better... never runs out of creativity.. consistent feel me?? and im talkin about hustle like networkin meeting people n getting people to believe in you and spend money on u and work for you, what kinda plugs do he have?? feel me??? if the artist dont have the money to invest who can he get to invest????

I aint even trippn on music..I just do it now cause I enjoy it, but I did sell my car to work on another project and it did nothing. He spends too much time locked up and I figure if you have that much time to be gettin in trouble then you should have no trouble puttin in some effort in your career..too much talk...sad because even though I mess with more talented artists...people was feelin him and we had some good shit going, but he dropped the ball on his first attempted murder case he beat.

Usually I would go with Ecay, Mitch, & CS when the whole best rapper in Daygo topic comes up but going by Heaterville's terms Ima have to go with Dollabillgates. I don't know dude like that to judge his hustle game or work ethic but from the material I heard I think he has the swag, appeal, and potential to put the city on the map in the mainstream. I also think Young Sau, Young Noiz, and Rasan can do some damage in the mainstream if they had a shot but again, I can only make that judgement off the material I heard from them.
