^^^^I dont know about all that kicking it with eachother shit Mclean and I'm only 1 year younger than you i can say that I have never witnessed anything like that. I grew up with some kids that became Surenos after I lost touch with them. One of my good friends while growing up became a scrap. I lost touch with him around eighth grade but everytime I see him its still all good we talk and catch up with eachother but the gang shit doesn't even come up. The way I look at a situation like that is the fact that before any of that shit even mattered we were homies so why should it matter now. He is a product of his experiences and I'm a product of mine. If we had stayed at the same school and in the same neighborhood theres a chance shit would have turned out different but that didn't happen so I can't be mad at him for the choices he made and vice versa

I actually like the song. I can relate to it cause he says in the chorus "im barely getting by/ still working a 9-5/ thats why im staying high." And for me, its a nice change from the usual all day playing of Ja Rule w/ Ashanti. Out of all his work I only like 2 songs tho, the rest of his shit I just cant get into.

I'm not jealous of it but it pisses me off because our stations won't even play local shit I never heard yun-gun or JuJu on the stereo if I did I might listen to the radio more. And you have to remember my radio stations aren't the same as Oso's or anyone in the other cities around here. So its a big problem to me that none of the stations in Northern cali give love to our area in all these fuckin cities and all the music we've put out. All we hear is NY, LA, and down south shit mixed with eminem and britney spears all day, and then outta nowhere they start playing this scrap and have a concert for him!!!! FUCK THAT SHIT.
