what have the titans proved in reality? oh yeah, that's right...they proved that they're half a yard short of deserving a superbowl.
lol @ the music city miracle being the titans most memorable game ever, and lol @ the only trophy the titans have being the afc championship trophy. you fucks barely won that game...
anywho, i think the seahawks should do fine. they'll make the playoffs.
the offensive line isn't the same as what it was with walter jones and steve hutchinson, but as a unit they still get the job done.
i'm actually looking forward to seeing the seahawks crowded backfield, with julius jones, justin forsett, tj duckett, maurice morris all looking to get on the field. same with leonard weaver, and owen schmitt, who i think was a good pick by seattle...
i like the seahawks defense. the rotation of patrick kerney, darryl tapp, and lawrence jackson should be pretty sick. the starting linebacker unit i think is definitely top 5 in the league.

David Hawthorn (another North Texas area product, they call him "The Heater"
Jordan Kent (I thought he was a clown back in college, he was Oregon's "garbage hustle player" for his Daddy)
Owen Schmitt (will be one of the best backup FBs in the league this year)
We will win the NFC West this year, although I do think their opener at Buffalo is one of the most difficult games on their schedule, I don't care what their record is supposed to be, that will be one of their toughest games.

Definitely don't want to dump Jones, that's getting WAY too carried away and forgetting this is the preseason. Jones is better than Forsett (have you seen the way he blocks? He will help our passing game a huge deal and then be an AVG RB when he gets the rock, which is an upgrade from where we were last year).
Duckett I know has not been playing that well this pre-season, but they brought him here for one reason and one reason only, and that's short yardage situations. If we cut him, this November or December there will be some situation like in Cleveland last year and we will be glad Duckett is on our team. I know Schmitt and Weaver can pound it a little themselves, but I'd feel a lot more comfortable with them blocking and Duckett in the backfield.

Are we forgetting Jones' past? He had a WORSE YPC than Alexander last year, and has a similar problem of fallng when hit. So we just dumped SA, and got a clone back...what was the exact point of that?

Kirtman has been showing he can do what Duckett is SUPPOSED to.
