Listen to his albums: Get in where you fit, Coctails, gettin it, etc. Play those albums for yourself and I guarantee you will be feeling his shit. The beats he had back then / way too saucy. I cant believe people would be hating on him. I give yuk his props, but you have to listen to Too Shorts material to appreciate his shit there is no comparison between the two.

Short definitely is the man and started the pimp game...if it wasnt for what he contributed, Oakland would probly never be on the map, neither would half the south, or even Jay Z maybe. His old material is classic.
But lets get over it now. Every album after "Get where U Fit In" hasnt been quite the same, and his last 3 albums shouldnt even be sold in the same stores as pre-Gettin It efforts.
Yukmouth is on the come up, he's been in the game now about 7, 8 years and is in his prime. His lyrics have been off the hook from Dru Down's first solo to his latest spits on WCM, lyrically him and Quinn and Xzibit are the Kings of the West Coast. Too $hort is dope, but he never really spit FIRE to me, that shit that just got your adrenaline pumping. Yuk would ahniliate $hort in a battle.
But anyways, I think the beef is long over. If I remember in an interview Yuk was more pissed at Face for the song. So let it die, cause we are going to have Yuk fans saying he is the fiercest rapper out, and $hort fans saying he is a legend, and to me they cancel out pretty much as artists, cause no matter what $hort did for rap I'd still bump a Yuk tape before Id bump $hort.
