you have to take into consideration that every damm thing is a crime here in the u.s....jay walking,drinking in public,throwing trash on the street will get you a ticket and if you dont pay it might get you locked up on a warrent.as where in other countries it wouldn't count as a crime at all.

santa rita county jail is one exit from my house...not tough because of thugs tough because of cops. i live downtown and i tend to not drive around here after 10pm unless im leaving the city... im black and im a target at night. id feel safer in the ghetto in oakland tell you the truth still hustlin tho fuck um

People who arent from the ghetto (american ghetto) who listen to rap and get all there ideas about the ghetto from the TV are miss-informed at best. The ghetto really isn't as bad as people make it to be. Shit happens but on the daily its just people living life just on a lower budget. I been in the ghetto most of my life in one way or another and I think it has made me a better more well rounded person. Its really your choice if you want to be a thug because of your invironment because real talk, in America no matter what city your in there is a way to make it better if you want to. I'm living proof of that. I still have aunties hella old and will never move out of East Oakland because they been there since before hella wild ass niggas started doing donuts in front of the house lol

I have cousins who will never leave the place just because its home. As for me I left but just to go to a different ghetto but in a nicer house for the same price of an apartment in the town.

The funniest thing to me is people dont know that Oakland is EXPENSIVE AS FUCK considering you pay almost $2k for a 4 bedroom house on fucking SEMINARY! lol

Even South Sacramento isnt that bad for real. Some real mothafuckas from there tho' but I wouldn't consider any part of Sacramento a slum

What makes my old neighborhood hard? I dunno, I wouldnt say its hard but, pullin up from work or where ever and seein 5+ homies damn near everyday outside smokin weed(or whatever), every body(remaining) goin IN the house at 3am, muthafuckas gettin shot and shot at every 2-3 months, niggaz fightin and yellin in the hallways every other night, apts had HELLA high turnover rate...ghetto celeberties in and out here and there, weed man AND the thizzle man live right next door, crips on one side of the hallway and brim niggaz at the other and YOU live in the middle(haha) old ladies you thought had a lil class squarin up wit rachet bitches in the back parkin lot, rachet bitches pullin out knives on classy old ladies in the back parkin lot, lol..niggaz/homies fightin SOMEBODY all the damn time.....not sayin the AVE was hard...but ghetto as FUCK...lol

Im not sayn im a tripple OG or nothin but iseen some shit in sac man...im from the east but i grew up around oak park went to sac high n shit....used to post up on clover manor...i done seen some grimey shit in south sac. 68th street? thats like a shopping mall for dope heads, i hear gun shots comin from that area all the time. valley hi is the hood man, I went to SD mart yesterday wit my kid n had 3 different dudes ask me if i need tree (one even said he got sum tina which pissed me off cuz i guess i look like i do crystal)

I visit my brother in Vallejo all the time and when we go to the store we get hit up by these fools selling crystal all the time.They say shit like "we got glass for sale" out loud when we walk out the store but they arent actually saying it directly to us just putting it in the air.

I dont take it personal I just think in the area everybody is on it. I think meth has taken over crack. Even in Oakland I see black tweekers now.

Sacramento isnt a hard ass hood IMO. I think its got a lot of thugs living there but its not like Richmond or Oakland or Frisco
