Why my neighborhood is tough? Having a 3 bedroom house down the street with the garage converted to a big room & 30 to 40 Mexicans living in it. Nobody messes with them because the throw the best parties & BBQ's & invite everybody all the time.
They also hire taqueros sometimes & it's all the tacos you can eat & all the beer you can drink. Plus extra.

Well I live in a real nice area of Pittsburg but to get to my house I have to drive through shitty as bay point. I have to go to the ghetto ass liquor store on Willow Pass to get my smokes and the bars all over the windows and crack heads laying down on the corner along with the store owner telling me how many times she gets robbed per year everytime I go in their generally tells me that its a tough neiborhood.
