Bucs vs Raiders would be an amazing super bowl match up. The media bullshit would be crazy. Gruden vs the raiders, the best offense vs the best defense.
As far as Gruden, he's certainly no genius or anything like people make him out to be. He's one of the most conservative coaches in the league, he cost the Raiders a lot of crucial games last year with his conservative style(including that new england game). The reason the Bucs are so good is because they have an amazing defense. But Gruden is a hell of a motivater, and he certainly cleaned up the Raiders.
