What does the Term Race Card mean?

Not neccessarily true,
Because you can get your ass whooped no matter what race you are walkin through a ghetto. It really depends on the situation more then your skin color. I'm sure there are some white people on here that may live in a ghetto or may have friends in a ghetto and they walk or go there all the time.
Your making it sound like black folks in ghettos are racist towards white people. It's not that way...
But a black guy walking through a town where mostly Klans hangs out is an invitation for trouble. There is no if ands or buts, yo ass if your black may get whooped or smoked in certain parts of the South. But you on the other hand (assuming that your white) can walk through that town with no problem because your white. You see the difference?

When did I every imply in this post or another post that racism is one sided? Never have I said that racism is a thing that minorities go through. Just because I talk about one side of racism doesn't mean that I believe that racism is one side. It happens to be that the serious racism that I see going on like police brutality happens to deal with black people in it. Now if it was any other race I'll talk about it. But the racism I see in the newspaper or on the news focuses on minorities.
And there are some places if a minority goes to they'll be targeted. It goes back and forth.

And what I was saying to Alkaholik was that if if a black guy was to walk through a town where mostly skinheads reside at he's gonna get his ass beat, harrassed or something because he's black. What else could he get jumped or harrassed for?
Some ghettos aren't even all that bad if you don't do shit ain't no one gonna do shit to you, now I couldn't say that in my example of the skinheads above. Yea, well see you have a nice lil label to use. "Skinheads". not all racist white people are skinheads. at the same time their is no label for racist black people. does that mean racist black people don't exist?
The problem is your comparing a small group of white people "skinheads" to a big broad range of black people who live in ghetto's. of course not all black people in the ghetto are racist, but when you use skinheads, you know that white side is ALL racist.
check this out, lets take LA for an example. a black person walks through a white neighborhood, a white person walks through a black neighborhood. who's most likely to get they ass beat?
*EDIT* actually not sure if thats that great of an example because you have to also look at the economic factor. Lets say the white neighborhood is just middle class to low class, not no rich neighborhood...
