SHEA my problem with you is that.....

You are too quick to dismiss racism in this country, or you want to turn your back on it like it doesn't exist. So if a guy gets beat up by a bunch of racist should he just turn his back on it like it doesn't exist? Should he not say something? And if he does say something then is he trying to keep it alive? It makes no sense or maybe I do not understand what you mean by "keeping it alive"?

SHEA you must obviously not understand the point of a message board and the fact that we are here to discuse shit. If you don't like a topic don't fuckin come in it. and the whole idea that if we set shit on the backburner and don't discuse it that it will magically solve the problem itself is retarded. Problems don't get fixed unless a problem is admitted.

and don't exactly agree with the article but I wouldn't be able to defend my side unless he posted this topic, and he wouldn't have any insight onto the other side unless I was able to express my views.

No I have the perception of what i've seen through the years...i'll give you an example, about a year back I got in a fight with some black fool, he threw the first punch but I still got him...we got taken to the principles office and all that and he told the principle I called him a nigger, which is complete bullshit..if anything he was being the racist one by calling me a whiteboy, and guess what...he got let off and I got kicked out. That's why I hate it when people pull the race card, to me it just shows a lack of intelligence (unless it's warranted and race was actually a factor in the situation)....What i've noticed about you is you don't seem to see in grey..you see in black and white, remember theres different circumstances to every situation and everybodies different....now my reply to the 2nd and 3rd comment,

I don't scam people, my family doesn't scam people, and the majority of people I know whether their black,white,asian,whatever don't scam people..scandlous people come in all colors..and you might be right about the obstacles thing, but then again that works both ways..

People need to understand that white don't control the world, RICH AND WEALTHY control the world, and the people who are rich happen to be white. I'm white and I don't benefit from their wealth. do you think all the white people living in a trailor park have any swing with what goes on. hell no. and black people being held down is not a hate factor, its a dollar sign factor, and if creating racism creates dollars then the rich are all for it. if you can exploit someone to make money then it will be done. its all GREED and HATE is just a way to put more money in pockets. HATE is the tool not the means.

Unfortunatly I forgot to respond to your post.

Black folks have gone through the word "Boy" harder than whites could ever feel it. I do admit that the word is wrong and I don't call white guys that, it's ignorant but it is no different when white folks on this board use the word "nigga" or "nilla", or whatever they want to call it.

And as far as whites being called racist because they express there opinion that shit goes back and forth. When a black man speaks his mind, he's considered racist also. For example Dead Prez the rap group, they are probably one of the most misunderstood rappers. My favorite example is in this post where you blame me for keeping racism alive for posting this article, you said something about pissing on my ancestors grave... .:rolleyes:

You seem to make it sound like Whites are the victims in America. I don't remember the last time a group of black people burned a cross on an innocent white families home. I don't remember the time when a group of black people tied a white guy to a car and dragged him across the road..

It depends on what situation your talking about...

Because one of my white friends got jumped in Sco for his money by a group of black people because those black people feel that he was a weak white guy.

That is different from a group of skinheads beating up a black guy.

Not really...you said they thought he was a weak white guy, so if he was a weak black guy would they have jumped him? Point is they still jumped him because of his skin color, which makes it racial, and skinheads jumped a black guy because he was black, which makes it racial...the purpose might have been slightly different but it still boils down to a racial beating.

Nah...

They wouldn't have jumped him if he was a bigger white guy.

They preyed on him because he was skinny, 5-7, and he was white (sort of). He said when they were gonna jump him he heard them say in the corner of there mouths "look at that little white boy, lets beat his ass" he said something like that. His race was part of it, but it was not the factor.

As in the skinhead example, color IS the primary factor.
